it started working again here in CA, but all morning was “why is your app down” “i couldn’t order my drink in the app” “how long is it gonna be down for” “why can’t YOU GUYS fix it”

Yeah it starting working again here in Philly too. We had so many phone calls asking if we could take orders over the phone🙄

I started answering the phone with mobile ordering is down nation wide. We are unable to accept order over the telephone, but the cafe is open. Is there anything else I can help you with today? Only one lady was like and why can't you take my order over the phone?
Well you're at least the 30th person to call, it would take longer to figure out whose order was whose and then have you pay, plus all the people that normally come in, you'd need to wait to be rung up while your drinks are just sitting.

Hey fellow PA barista 🙂 im in the suburbs of philly. About 20 mins to a half hour away.
We also had people calling our store more often today trying to order and asking about the mobile order issue
