It all depends on your state and county and individual vaccination status. Here in CA if we had prolonged direct contact exposure with a person who tested positive and are we are fully vaccinated, including booster if applicable, there is no isolation however we have to test on day 5 from exposure and we can work the entire time if we have no symptoms. There are so many scenarios to factor in on which direction a person will receive.
