June 26th is the last work day that counts towards benefits, so check your math based on the date on the paystub that told you you're at 318. You may be able to get close! If you have accumulated vacation time to tack a few hours onto each week, do it! You manager may also be willing to add sick time as well, you can ask.
If you do end up being kicked off benefits, there is two months of leeway, I think, and if I'm wrong about that, it's that there's three months before the benefits are canceled. In that case, check to see if you qualify for medicaid first, and if not, you'll have to look at the open marketplace, I'm afraid.

Unfortunately if you dont work enough hours, your insurance will be taken away. Have you tried to look into picking up shifts at nearby stores? They might have some extra hours for you.
