how to report something to HR/what to expect when i do? (self.starbucksbaristas)

so, to keep it short and vague, there's a barista at my store who is just generally being a piece of garbage in ways that are harmful to other partners and undermine team and store cohesion and community. generally, a lot of it is uncomfortably sexually invasive, ableist, trans-medicalist, racist, and sexist in nature. the other parts of it are just straight up middle school bully-types of nonsense that are all getting old and causing discord between the different day time shifts so they can point fingers at the other shift and hide behind their shift leader when they get called out on their bullshit. they are *the* reason why my store has lost several baristas in the past few months. i know this because those baristas said so loud and clear.
im going to a talk with my sm during my next shift about everythjng. my sm knows about a lot of these issues and has been supportive of me but hasn't had grounds to truly fire them without receiving backlash from either the dm for discrimination or one or two other baristas who have taken a liking to the person in question. i have close to everything documented in some capacity so i can send it in asap.
does anyone here have experience with HR reporting? what should I expect? is it a phone call i have to make or a paper i have to fill out? how do I send over evidence of the claims that I'm making?
any help or tips are appreciated.
