Can your manager have a list of everyone’s phone numbers listed on the fridge for everyone to see. Like if we need to get in contact with them or get a shift covered ?

I’ve worked in stores with a list of everyone’s names, addresses and phone numbers was posted next to the schedule

Huh thats different. At my store we have just a list of names with the phone numbers right next to the names on one of the fridges in the back but not addresses

Yeah I was NOT super happy about our address being posted for everyone. I think a few of us blacked out our address 😏

I would too lol that would make me so uncomfortable 🥴

We got a new SM and took it down because to them it’s considered “illegal”.

Weird. We just have it back there you can call everyone frantically when we have 3 call outs

having everyones numbers listed is fine. having everyones addresses listed is illegal.

It’s not illegal. A printed partner phone list is standard protocol since managers are the only one who can look it up on the manager work station. It should be next or nearby the evacuation packet. Just to clarify… phone numbers next to names only. And they should never be in view of customers eyesight.

my manager has our phone numbers listed in the back by the computer. it’s only for emergencies only. idk what type of emergency where they would need to call me is but it’s back there.

we have a list of everyone’s phone numbers, but we keep it on a clipboard under the DCR and (back when we were printing them out) the weekly update
