don’t you just love how we are suppose to ask for days off 21 days in advance but our schedule gets changed the week of .

Sounds like poor management :/ my manager is pretty on top of scheduling. I haven’t always had good managers though so I feel you.

My old manager used to do this. He’d literally change the schedule for the next week starting on Monday on Friday. I couldn’t make plans because I had no clue what my schedule would be. We have a new one though is much more on top of it and I love them.
