Why are drive times important during peak ? Like do SM’s get a bonus if they’re low or what ???

It’s typically the busiest time of day. Low times means more people, and that means more $.

Dt times and customer connection scores are like the only two metrics that cooperate looks at and questions SM.

The SM cares cause they get chewed out by DMs when it’s low. It reflects badly on them when the scores aren’t hire.
