I ignore the ones I don’t like to be honest. Often times, my coworkers and I talk while making drinks and just chat about stuff and I just won’t talk about non-work related things with the ones that are annoying. My trainer is one of these people, anytime we work together he tries to knit pick everything I do and I’m over it. I know that I know what I’m doing and everyone else at the store knows that I know what I’m doing so I just ignore him.

I don't know the stressors of working at a drive-thru store because I work at a cafe/mobile store. But I do have a co-worker that thinks she is above all other Baristas in the store that she works with. Also, you know Baristas at the register are usually the ones grabbing the hot coffees that customers order at the register? Like when she is on register and I'm on bar and let's say she Rings up someone at the register for a hot coffee and we're really busy, she won't communicate anything with me. Like she won't say "hey im guna grab the coffee" which has sometimes resulted in me unnecessarily grabbing the coffee a second time when she had already grabbed it and didn't communicate. And also if she can't grab it at the moment, she won't communicate and say "hey i didnt grab it yet, do u mind grabbing it?" ....... she's inconsistent with it like sometimes she will get the coffee and sometimes she won't which I totally understand because sometimes she can have a long line but even then it's like grabbing coffee takes two seconds. But her whole thing is that when I get to the sticker for the hot coffee, she thinks that I should ask her if she grabbed it or not. While I understand that and see her viewpoint, I also bring up the suggestion of her communicating it with me first because I told her that since she's coming into contact with the coffee order first, she should communicate it with me as I might be busy and backed up on in-store orders and mobile orders and the customer will unnecessarily wait a long time from a simple hot coffee which has happened many times because she doesn't communicate anything with me.
And that same co-worker of mine only does opening shifts and she never feels the ice bins. I normally come in around 6 or 7 and she always wait till I come in and asks me to fill it. Or she'll tell me to throw some cardboard or trash bags out as soon as I come in. Like she will say "hey are u clocked in yet?" And ill say "no" and then she'll say "when you clock in, can you throw those card boards and trashes out?" Or "when u clock in, can u grab some ice?" I open sometimes too and i always fill our 2 ice bins before the next person comes in.
