Yepp some guy had asked for somewhere around 20 shots once for a dessert his mom was guna make with it. But this person could have atleast ordered their 22 shots inside the store instead of drive thru 💀

Lol aww thank u ☺️. Yea im glad i do not work at a drive thru cuz i feel like I easily lose my mind internally when it comes to certain things and I know it would happen for sure at a drive-thru store even more. Thank God I work in a cafe/mobile store so wen the one guy in my previous comment ordered his 20 shots for his moms dessert, he ordered in store and we were also extremely slow at that point in the day. But idk why these kinds of people always go through the drive-thru and order a catering amount of drinks or something like 22 shots. It's as if they feel like when they get to the window then it doesn't matter how long it takes for their order to be fulfilled because at that point they feel like they have the right of way to do that and they don't care about anybody else behind them or about the poor Baristas who have to deal with all that crap in between and afterwards

ya we ended up doing that. we only have two bars but i ended up just taking one bar to do it cause we had other ppl in line and it took like 8 mins

she ordered 4 drinks in total and wanted this one separately so it just means she had 2 orders. during a rush it makes it easier to mark 1/2 and 2/2 on separate orders for the same car. we just do it at night too

We have a regular get the exact same amount of shots in an ice cup. Turns out she freezes the shots in ice cube trays and drops them into her cold brew. Still annoying and backs up the bar but at least I had a reason.
