There are few 24 hours stores for Starbucks. Or at least use to be before covid.

In my district we didn’t get paid a higher hourly wage but we did get paid meals since there are only 2 of us and we have to stay in the store. So if you worked 8 hours (lunch incl.) you would actually get paid 8.5 hours.
