you shouldn’t get fired but you can get written up. from what you’re describing it doesn’t sound to me like they’re discriminating against you, not being greeted isn’t a big deal like at all (i never greet partners when they walk in and i am really only greeted when coming in if my sm is on the floor), as for feeling like the shift doesn’t like you i would say something to them and address whatever they’re doing that’s making you feel that way.
