My store manager is pressuring me to show up sick and lie on my COVID screening. I had to call out sick today because there is a bug going around my house. A few other people have called out already so I understand that’s it’s inconvenient for the store.

After I make the call my store manager called me and tells me that me calling out today is “convenient” (she all but said she didn’t believe me) then she starts threatening my hours and even my employment. Should I complain or do anything else?

I did call out sick two weeks ago but other than that I have not ever called out in my four months at Starbucks. Normally I might call out of my job sick 2 or 3 times a year.
