I have had this happen and tried to maintain customer service voice and literally had someone say, "That's not something to be proud of."

I can’t stand people like this. I had a customer the other day say “That’s really ugly of you” when I told her that we only had chocolate cake pops left. Like, I’m sorry but I didn’t eat the rest of them 🤨

Seriously. The only time I have ever purposely damaged anything is when I was taking the Unicorn Frappuccino ingredients to the counter and tripped and the entire delivery fell into the trash. It was terrible and I was given a 10 minute time out because obviously I was not ready to deal with the bar yet. Everyone was *so sad.*

I once reached my limit over a customer’s attitude and in my best customer service voice just said, “Yeah I’m so sorry, but I couldn’t resist and ate them all” once. Felt so good 😂

I don’t have a drive thru at my main store but I’ve covered at other stores that have drive thrus, it’s such a different ballgame then what you would expect, it’s just like “the common sense, where” Cause clearly they can’t read
