Does anyone else experience this: anytime I call in sick or switch shifts with someone my store manager punishes me by reducing my hours. It’s been going on the whole time I’ve been there I’m constantly picking up shifts coming in when they need me and we’re getting slammed doing the roles of many people while I’m there was even POQ. I’ve asked to have a one on one when I was questioned about my calling out because his tone and response was beyond unprofessional and the next day he was so nice to me the whole day and asked at the end of my shift if I still wanted to talk and at that point I didn’t care enough to say anything. What should I do I’m not saying he hates me it’s just such passive aggressive behavior going on and he’s never in the store for me to say anything most of the time. Please help
