best way to go about putting in my two weeks at first week of new store? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I am waiting on a job offer that I most likely will get from a profound hospital.
I just transferred stores as I moved and my old store was a 45 minute drive away. My first day at the new store is supposed to be june 2nd.
I feel like no matter what, this is gonna look bad.
Any advice?

I would personally not bother. If you get the job offer great! You have the job you wanted and there is no issue. If you do really want to be professional and do a notice I would not give them your two weeks until the job offer is confirmed. As long as you are polite there really is nothing wrong with it. The only correct response would be congratulations. :)
