I’m a closing partner! I’m not sure what you typically do but a normal night for us is to fully stock fridges, cups/lids, make 2 backups for fruit/other inclusions. We usually make 2 WM, 2 Chais, and set up a mocha backup. We set up the teas (put the tea bags on the edge of the pitcher and label it, not actually brewing the teas), same with pitchers for iced coffee. Other than that just anything in the warming area that’s running low. Hope this gave u some ideas :)

I’ve only worked morning & don’t know what ur store already does but it’s nice when they set out the tea & iced coffee pitchers. Make sure the restock station is fully stocked & refill the pastry cart at close so it’s ready for when we open.
