DY hand off is just taking the payment and handing out the items. I bet they’ll put you in Ike cage bar or cold bar or up front if they have hood drive times honestly. Don’t be intimidated the time flies by in my opinion with high volume stores. Just have fun and ask for any help you may need!! You’ll be just fine!!

DTO (drive thru orders) you take the orders are push out the stuff to the DTR (Drive thru register) tell warning what you’re wanting on or if you get an on the fly item, same as to bar, it will generally be a shift but sometimes baristas do it too.
DTR (drive thru register) you are responsible for handing out the items to the customers, making the connection, you pretty much stay planted.
Sometimes you are required to do both, it can get hairy but just a couple deep breaths and you’ll be good.
The circle button on the headset is to talk to everyone else with a headset, you’ll noticed it will flash red and green on the speaker part of the headset.
The one to the right, I don’t remember what they’re called like a1 or a and so forth. But that one will connect to the speaker box outside, that is how customer will hear you and if they pull up too far, you’ll hear them. The speaker part will be a solid green only.
Hopefully that helps and lemme know if I’m wrong anywhere!
