Sometimes it be like that.

Honestly though, there are days where being a shift is overwhelming. Just remember to give it your best, and not to stress too much. You can only do so much when short staffed, so make sure you get your shift taskes done and put your strong batistas where they excel. Be able to help when you can and delegate/be customer support.

I try to do what I can for everyone and just remind them that they're doing a great job.
