I'm at Panera and ordered a Madagascar vanilla latte. The cashier accidentally rang it up as iced. And guess what? I DIDN'T GIVE A SHIT

i usually get iced lattes, but if i get handed a hot latte i’m just going to accept the change of plans and go on with my day. unless it’s like 90 degrees outside, only then will i ask for a remake

I dunno, if a customer is buying a $5+ drink I’m happy to just remake it the correct way as long as they are polite. That’s like, the job.

But the job is also way too many orders per employees so with no remakes at all we're still overworked

literally i don’t even mind people asking for remakes but why get so pressed over a simple mistake…. not to mention you’re yelling at the barista who just followed the stickers and made the drink not the one who rung you up 🤦🏼♀️
