I don't know but it keeps happening at my store. Like I don't know if people are actually stealing it or if they're that clueless and can't tell that the drink that they're grabbing is totally different from the drink that they ordered

i have no clue 😭 what really gets me is that they’re stealing it from the mobile order section so it isn’t even like they just misheard me when I called out the drink, they’re just actively picking up drinks that aren’t theirs with names that aren’t theirs 😭

Lol that's why it's so confusing for me to grasp it because it's like it probably doesn't even look like they're a drink and doesn't have their name on it so you know that it can't be a mistake. I mean I've had it to where people's food and drink items were missing but then I've also had it to where the food items were there but not the drink item or vice versa where the food items were not there but the drink was. I just find it really weird especially since I've been hearing a lot more people saying that it's happening at their Starbucks locations now

I’ve noticed since “Covid regulations” people are scared to touch other peoples cups.
So instead of looking for their name they just look at me and go “Hey touch that cup for me cause I can’t see the name” instead of fucking using their eyes
