A partner from another store came in today with a huge church group and got an almost $200 order. This was during our peak, and we were running around like crazy. They didn’t make the process easy, and in the end didn’t leave any sort of tip. I know tips aren’t required, but like you work our job too. You know our struggles, and I bet you’d want a tip for your hard work. Idk

We had a partner who would do the same with his church group. Same partner would also bitch whenever a huge group would come in and he was on bar. Go figure.

Weird we have someone that works at my store who does this every time then goes up to the bar to change requests and modifications. We had to sit them down and explain how shitty that makes their coworkers feel & to top it off called off the day before being "sick" lol....

I know this isn’t the same but there’s a manager from another store who mobile orders every day during peak. Her order consists of 2+ drinks with 8 modifications each (including cold foam) and about 10 food items that need to be warmed. EVERYDAY! Everyone dreads her order

my old manager used to mobile order a shaken espresso with 8 blonde ristretto shots 😭 and one time they came in and got angry bc no one said hello to him, bc “customer connections”

Even though I no longer work for the bux thankfully, the word ‘connection’ is like a Pavlov response in my brain that immediately makes me angry. My old SM used to say ‘let’s connect’ whenever he had an issue

i'd never make a comment to an ordinary customer about this but as a fellow partner, you should know better. i'd definitely tell them to go to their own store and do this next time if they're not gonna tip because it's just plain disrespectful to know the struggle and still do it anyway.

Not the same but one of the partners at my store comes through EVERY day with a mini van packed with her whole family and they ALL get a DIFFERENT Frappuccino. Every. Day. No matter how busy we are and yeah they never tip 😐
