we are overworked and underpaid, i've never had to quit a job so soon in my entire life (I'm 25, I've had a handful of jobs in my life and I've stayed for a year or more each time). this shit is ridiculous, I'm going in tomorrow with so little care for customers and nothing but love for my partners

I recently quit as well. My store manager literally ruined my life and I don’t think they gave a single fuck about it 👍🏽 so good for you fuck that place and enjoy your freedom 💕

even the raise isn’t enough. i left a month ago as a 321 partner. i found a full-time cafe with benefits that listens to me and values me for a slight raise. there are companies out there that will treat you right. good luck on being overworked and abused by customers daily i guess.
