i personally can’t answer as i don’t wear makeup but i have other partners who do wear makeup and i can tell you that they do funky designs around their eyes… like the last time, one partner drew and coloured in clouds from the side of her eyes to her cheekbones. so like be as creative as you want when you do start.

again, can’t answer the rules aspect but the least i do know is it doesn’t have to be so in uniform and you can go a little ham with your makeup if you wanted

I'm Canadian so not sure it applies.

We have partners that have full volume last extensions, that are extremely long- our SM doesn't dress code them for it.

I work inside a grocery store and so I'm not sure if it's the same but it's allowed at mine. I'm pretty much the only barista there that will come in with neon graphic eyeliner, big long falsies and glittery smokey eyes lol but if it doesnt explicitly say "no extreme makeup" then I would be ok.

i’ve worn lashes to work before no biggie, but it does get hot running around and whatnot so it’s worth it to invest in some good setting spray and primer and even setting powder if you haven’t already :)

glitter eyeshadow is okay!! lashes are technically not allowed, but i wear natural ones and no one ever notices lol. i've never heard of someone being dress coded for lashes, but maybe don't wear them to your first shift until you figure out the vibe of your store :)
