I’m training people over at another location the first week of June that is much further from my house than the location I work at. Will I get paid mileage from my house to that location?

Milage is from your store to the other store, not from your house. From how I understand it, if you're scheduled there in advance (like its written that youre at the other store on the schedule when its posted), then you don't get milage.

I have a coworker who picks up shifts at our stores and she gets paid mileage even though she works at another store

Right. If they’re picking up the shift, then they were not on the schedule at that location, making them eligible for mileage pay

You don’t get mileage for driving to work. You get mileage for driving to pick up supplies, ect.

You can. I was sent to another store when I got in for my shift bc they needed people and got milage, since I wasn't originally scheduled at the other store. But it's milage between the stores.
