I heard baristas and SBUX partners get 3 stars instead of the 1 or 2 stars customers get, how would I go about setting that up on the app though? 😢 is there a link to do this?

you can only do it from the starbucks website. Login with your app login and password on the website then go to Account -> Personal Info and at the bottom is a spot for "Starbucks Partner Info".

maybe call in? I know sometimes the systems goof up with the partner numbers and IT has to get called I believe

I don’t think that’s true I’ve had mine on my app and only get regular amount of stars based on how I believe. That’s at least to my knowledge I would definitely have more stars if that were the case

I was able to set it up! At first it only said 1 or 2 stars, I logged out and back in and now it’s set to 3 stars.

Make sure u do what the first comment says, it’s gotta be set up via actual website on the computer! :0 it should reflect on mobile app, but u gotta log out and back in first

OMFG IT WORKED WHEN I LOGGED BACK IN I have gone to sbux so many times on my days off and had my numbers on there for months 🙃😂😂

I stopped using the app because it would stop giving me the 3 stars even after several attempts with corporate to fix it.

Wouldn't know, I work at a licensed store so I don't get a partner number.
