Hi friends!
I am about to promote at my store. Since I accepted the promotion AFTER may 2nd, does that mean I won't be getting the $19.xx raise that will be in place August 1st? Because I'm currently a barista? Just curious if anyone knew!

You will get the new minimum for shifts which is $19.05 starting on august 1st. You won’t get the extra 3% that shifts hired before may 2nd will get.

Based on the way the update is written, it just sounds like you needed to be hired before may 2nd, regardless of position

If I was hired before May 2nd but didn’t get the offer letter until after. Would I get the increase? ($15/hr)
