I’ve worked at a store like that, never a spare moment :(
(My advice, when you’re on bar sneak in a few attempts here and there on flat whites and mochas)

If you get all of the components right, it’s possible!

The pitchers are garbage though, a smaller spout would give so much wiggle room for art -___-

this means so much you don’t even know, I’ve had crooked swans for so long now but I learned the proper way and it’s even now :D

It’s all sbux equipment! The learning process basically requires you to get the finesse of the steam wands and pitchers down, and THEN you can practice pouring techniques….

I’ve gotten it down pretty well now, but I’d still say about 10-15% of my tries don’t come out at all. Shit is tough :/

Believe in the pitchers though, I’ve managed to get art I’m proud of with all of the milks besides heavy cream…

It takes a loooot of derps, but after long enough the blobs start to become hearts, hearts become rosettas, so on and so forth :)
