Normally, how long does it take for an SM to put in for mileage. I entered in the book about 2 months ago and it hasn’t been entered into the system yet to pay me out.

You… don’t you guys just pay it out of the till? There is no option for your manager to add it into your normal paycheck, you need to be paid out of a till (generally right when you enter it into the book).

Just let your SM know, they can pay you out. Amount of miles round trip x58.5 = the amount they pay you out

Yeah you’re right. I just know it’s 58.5 cents but to convert to dollars it would be the .585 for sure!

Did you just write it in the book yourself or did you enter it with a shift/sm present so they could cash you out on the till when you were finished?

I wrote it in the book myself after my shift told me that’s were to write it.

The SSV should’ve been there to cash you out for mileage. Not just tell you to write it in the book.

Theoretically your SM should pay it out on Mondays as part of their store manager admin work. It’s an easy thing to overlook so a reminder to them would probably help! Only SMs are supposed to pay out mileage.

I asked my former SSV (I transferred stores since) and they said she was planning on paying out tomorrow but idk.

That isn’t in the current book anymore. Your going to need to ask your SM to find the old book and show them it wasn’t paid. They should be able to pay you from a till at that point.
