My SM handed out a questionnaire in response to the Lori Digulla announcement, asking our commitment to the team, plans for summer and positive intent towards partners. She said it's important that we fill it out and hand it in before the raises in July.
Any other stores get this? Is it mandatory? Can she hold out on our raises if we don't hand the questionnaire in?
