I’m scheduled for PDC today and I have no idea what that means.. I only started a couple months ago so I thought I was too new for any kind of review with my manager. Can someone please enlighten me so I’m not so nervous? :/

pretty sure it stands for partner development conference or conversation. basically gonna go over what you’ve learned and what you can work on. I’m pretty sure it’s also a quarterly or twice annually thing and is done with every employee, at least it was at my store
