I keep a mini bottle of excedrine migraine in my purse and take it when needed. Also notify your shift and they can possibly flex the play if your current position is triggering your migraine (sometimes mine get aggravated by headset if it’s really bad ). Also a quick doppio on ice or something to get caffeine I. My system helps

Given the environment (silence and darkness being impossible), caffeine helps me a lot, in addition to taking pain reliever and drinking water. Coffee has more caffeine than tea, I believe, and sugar can be a trigger for headaches, so I personally would go for a basic cold brew or hot coffee, depending on preference. I don’t think there are rules against bringing medication to work with you, if it’s over the counter (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Advil). If it’s a prescription medication, you should be able to bring it, but I would maybe bring the entire bottle so you have proof that it’s your own medication, if someone were to question it.
