How do you stop cold brew orders?(self.starbucksbaristas)

Cold brew is really popular at my store so we end up running out around 11am. We turn off the cold brew through item availability but orders still come through for them. I was just wondering if there’s a way to stop customer from ordering it.

a few things:
* if it's in someone's favorites on the app, they can still order if even if it's marked out in the store (corporate has yet to fix that issue lol) * when you're at POS and trying to mark stuff out, remember that some things need to be entered into the MOP as out of stock rather than just marked out via item availability * remind anyone who's coming on to the shift that you are OUT of cold brew and to offer an alternative to customers <3
edit: this includes the DRAFT button, nitro has to be marked out as well

if you haven’t marked out the cold brew 5 lb bags on the MOP item availability that’s the only way to stop mobile orders coming through

Same thing. But maybe I was pressing the wrong button. I always press 5 lbs cold brew bag and nitro but it never stops the orders

Talk to your sm about increasing how much you brew. How many kegs are you going through a day that you run out by 11?
