Btw, I support sex workers 100%, but I could tell this lady would be appalled by the suggestion that she is a prostitute, and she was. I'm assuming that's why I'm being downvoted. No biggie. I had made two drinks of her four drink order. We alternate between drive thru and cafe orders after each drink and she was mad that I wasn't making all four of hers at once apparently. In the middle of her third drink she said, "Do you even know what you're doing?" I was already in a mood due to one of my best friends dying last week. I had cried twice by that time today already. Fuck her. She could have waited three more minutes for her overpriced energy bean mud and kept her sewer hole shut. My SM was sympathetic to me. She knows what I've been goin through. But obviously, as she said, corporate was not going to see it that way.

Totally worth it bro. You don't get paid to be mouthed off like that by those pisshole entitled fuckers. Customer service only goes a long way. If you're a decent human being you would know better than to insult the person making your order, no matter how long it takes or how many remakes occured. As a customer you can always leave a bad yelp review or call corporate but the moment you publicly call out someone you've never met for something so temporary and worth less than 7 bucks, you obviously need to check yourself and see how thick of an entitled bubble you live in.
Honestly, screw those Tesla-driving upper-middle class cunts. I signed up to be a barista, not a verbal punching bag.

Yup. There’s a girl that has been reported by AT LEAST 3 other baristas for sexual harassment to the point of them calling in or switching their shifts to avoid her bc they’re so uncomfortable and she hasn’t even been written up. And I’m not talking bout them just reporting her once or one incident, nope it is continuous. But god forbid you show a little frustration when an idiot customer is belittling you because they think cappuccino’s have no foam, or want you to charge them for a tall but give them a venti.

I reported this barista for sexually assaulting me and partner resources said that since it was outside of the store (at the entrance) they would not take action. I quit 3 months later and he still works for starbucks lol. Their priorities are fucked and they don’t care about us only about money
