Looking to write a book based on barista encounters... (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by AlectoBlood43
I'm a former Starbucks barista and all over social media and in the stores, I've always heard, "We need to write a book about all the crap that happens to us!" Well, I've decided to do that. It'll be a compilation of stories from crazy customers to downright psycho ones and a bit of the nicer folks mixed in, just so it's not all depressing.

If anyone wants their story included, let me know and I'll see which category I can fit it in. I can also make the contributor 'Anonymous' if so desired or just use the Reddit username. I'm still outlining everything as of the moment but wanted to get started on collecting the stories.

P.S. I'll try to check this often but may not get to something right away. Also, please keep in mind that I can't include everything into one book but if there's a big enough response, it might justify a second book.

P.P.S. Some editing may be involved.

Sean William Brown has already written a book called Dear Customer: Inside the World of Baristas, Upselling, and the Rules of Serving a Special Cup of Coffee and it is a must-read for every barista, its comical, entertaining, and so relatable. The amazon link is $1
