i want to start calling stores in the area that i'm moving to in a few months, what are some questions to ask/things to talk about. i know i need to know if they actually need people, but what else do you say lol. (my SM isn't the most supportive person ever so i'm kind of lost)

i’d ask what type of store it is. like if it’s drive thru/cafe/etc.

Honestly, I wouldn’t call, I’d go in. I feel like each Starbucks is el different and it’s important for you to get a feel for the store before you transfer. If everything seems to be running smoothly, if the partners seem supportive of each other, ask to speak to the manager. If they’re there introduce yourself and explain that you’re interested in transferring to a new store. If they aren’t get their business card and reach out to them later. Good luck!
