WTF IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT NOW RECOVERY AND THE 100% DISCOUNT. I know we’re not supposed to use our numbers to comp a drink, so I would use right now recovery for that before I transferred stores last year and was told that it’s only for remakes to input the product usage into the computers? But I’ve seen others use their numbers for others drinks, etc. and I’d just like a very clear answer to give as a shift so I can inform my coworkers.

I uses the 100% discount when i need to comp food sometimes because you can’t rnr anything but drinks

I’m not sure but I know at my store we got in trouble because our right now recovered was wayyy to high. I think people were using it instead of a refund or something.

Recovery is when drinks are messed up. Discount is for any other reason for freebies.

My store only uses 100% off to count for inventory purposes
