i don’t want this to be too long so i’ll do my best to shorten it.
there’s one specific shift at my store, and she is so overbearing and exhausting to work with i don’t know what to do anymore than take it to the SM or DM. she constantly misgenders me (i use they/them and have explained it multiple times to her) but never misgenders any other transgender co-workers. she threatens to write me and my other co-worker up all the time because the drive time fluctuates instead of sitting at 1:15 ALL DAY. cherry on the cake is me getting fucking dog sick from working on my hands and knees in bleach for a clean play a couple weeks ago. we left the store at 11:30. which never happens for us. both me and the other partner who worked that clean play called in sick the next day, i could hardly stand. im sick of it.
