Hello my fellow partners, I will be participating in the barista championship next week here in Ireland.
Part of the competition is coming up with a new recipe for a iced shaken espresso. Any ideas on what I could do? My mind is just purely blank. Need your help!

honestly the best combination known to man is the brown sugar and white mocha. I do that in my shaken espresso w/ vsc foam w/ brown sugar in the foam shit SMACKS

For a grande, 2 pumps caramel 2 vanilla, blonde shots and coconut milk. Top with caramel drizzle and mocha drizzle. My store is obsesssssed with it and everyone asks me to make them one on their lunches

my go to for a long time was 4 blonde shots shaken with 4 pumps of caramel and like half a scoop of chocolate powder :) it’s so good

There used to be a vanilla bean one when it was called the sbux double shot. It was vanilla bean powder (same scoops as the matcha lattes) shaken with the ice and espresso and topped off with coconut milk. I'm sure it'll taste alot better if you use oatmilk and maybe you can experiment with other flavor combos or foams too.

Caramel, vanilla syrup, Hazelnut, peppermint, white mocha, reg mocha, brown sugar.. that's all the syrups we have lol
I can come up with my own drink and bring my own ingredients so I don't have to use just we have on hand

I do cinnamon dolce syrup shaken espresso, oat milk, vanilla sweet cream foam with dolce topping blended in. It’s delish
