When i got interviewed, i was mostly asked about my relevant experience in customer service, how i handle conflict w customers (de escalation, how nice you sre etc) and how well i work in a fast paced environment. Its a more casual interview than some ive had, which is helpful for nerves! Just try to show yourself as a friendly, chatty person whos willing to help and wants to do a good job. The job as a barista is a fascinating one! Maybe mention what draws you to it, how you think youd fit well into it
