I'm having a bear of a time and the first thing a barista said to me on the floor was that I ruined her shift because I put her on warming when she was getting overwhelmed on bar. I told my manager and they spoke about it but like....damn dawg I already feel unwanted. Please do not remind me. This is also the same barista who constantly makes violent or sexual remarks, can't work any position on the floor without constant supervision and has told me numerous horrible things -- she passes them off as jokes. I'm considering going above my manager and reporting her to ethics (again, cause of course it's happened before and nothing was ever done)

But on the upside and to my own personal delight Im speaking to SWU tomorrow afternoon about beginning to petition for a union. My manager is brutally anti union so I can't wait to see her reaction.
