With everything in me plus 1000... I hate it and even when I obviously have everything pulled out and I'm disheveled looking from trying to clean, they have the audacity to still order. I been refusing to take orders that are in my 5 mins or less time frame. Stating that I already cleaned the machines for the night and can no longer make anything else besides fraps and refreshers. some are considerate and understandable, but the few get offended and want my name and report me. Had a guy order a bunch of hot espresso drinks and his buddy kept yelling at him to not be that asshole and order a bunch of drink right before we closed and ragged on him for being a prick and entitled for ordering. He apologized on his friend behave and tipped very well.

My coworkers got a bad review for refusing to ring up a man for multiple frappucinos right before close… on a holiday.
