iced coffee is something that we make in big batch at the beginning of the day, so asking for a new iced coffee at the same store won’t really change anything. you could ask for an extra shot, but if you’re doing that consistently they’re probably going to make you pay for it after a few times. I recommend getting cold brew or an iced americano instead. there’s usually more consistency there.

It could be the brewers. There was something wonky with electrical at my last store and it messed with the water in our coffee brewer and espresso machines (don't ask why, makes no sense but that's always the answer we got) and what should brew 2L of uncut iced coffee really brewed almost 2.5L so it was stronger and people loved it

They're either adding too much ice when the make the coffee. Or their brewer isn't working properly and the water levels are wrong.
