This explanation has been ruining window times, but at least we don’t have mobiles

We were down two people. It was very nice that we didn't have to deal with mobiles. I mean everyone just came into the store or through the drive thru but at least no mobiles.

No mobiles have been nice but it was our towns High School graduation so it’s been suuuuper busy anyway 🙃🙃

Came back up around 4pm EST for us. There’s a baseball tournament on a college level here where I work, so we have been absolutely slammed all day regardless. It was nice though ‘cause I know it would have been worse if we would have had mobile orders working.

Opening shift and no mobile orders. It was so nice and quiet and we were able to stock the fridges without being rushed or overwhelmed with customers at 6:15am

It reminded me of the good ole days where mobiles didn’t exist, took me back 😌. Yeah we had way more foot traffic for front register, but it felt really nice to have a channel down! It was a good day for sure.

I was GLAD ASF for no mobiles/delivery orders today bcuz we was SLAMMED cuz a festival was going on downtown and it went by hella smoothly thanks to the mobile order/delivery thing was down 🥰

This morning was bliss

I am at the same time both fearful and excited for when we get mobile orders to our kiosk in August. Excited, because we will no longer be accepting foodstamps (which are mostly okay, but if we are going to have a problem customer it is a foodstamp customer 9 times out of 10) or be able to ring up regular groceries. But we will also apparently have to sell food up until closing time and won't be able to shut down anything until then, meaning probably getting out late on the regular. It is so stupid. Food should still close down early enough for us to do the oven at a reasonable time before we go home. We are a kiosk, and we have a one person close every day. One person open, too.

Truly a blessing

even though mobile orders were shut down we still had a whole peak throughout my entire shift, there was even a thunderstorm with people still coming in, and we had two people now banned from our store today cause of actions they did to harm our baristas and supervisor ;(

As if 5pm it's been fixed. At least in my area 🙃

Ubereats started back up at my store I hope it isn’t fixed all the way to be honest :,)
