I finally quit! (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Dramatic_Celery_2262
Lmao I quit. Not only was I burnt out but the store manager just wasn’t it lol. I mean am I really missing out… the Spotify premium? The school you have to work like 300+ hours to qualify for? Free food and drinks? I mean it just wasn’t worth my mental health I have literally never felt better.

Considering this even though I'm about to enter my 3rd month. I don't think I've ever felt this uncomfortable in a job before and I don't think majority of the people want me working there or if it's just my imagination.

People that stick to this job and have benefitted from it, I respect you on so many levels.

(Also Spotify ain't free, they take the bit from your check LMAOOO BRUH)

I recently found out about the Spotify premium. A lot turned me away from the company and I was there for 6-7 months. Starbucks is like military recruiters and I know because I’m in the military. They tell you the pros and make it seem all good and it’s just a mess. I would definitely say find you a job that better suits you because no matter what at the end of the day you’re replaceable. I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do :)
