Honestly! We had a lady that would ask for a cup filled with just inclusions, raving about how good they were. We were all standing there like umm… 🥴

A shift supervisor, who is very close to our SM, said that if something like this came through, we should put in 3 scoops at most. If they push back, we’re to say that due to shortages, we can’t put in more.
