LS store manager here. I just came here to say that I love my job. It’s like working for Starbucks, but not having to deal with or be affected much by all the issues going on with Corporate. In my experience, it’s better pay, better structure, better hours, and I truly hope the company you’re applying to does the same for you because it’s awesome. They’ll love that you have Corporate Starbucks experience, so be sure to take the opportunity to flaunt it. Mention your knowledge and achievements through the management training program and ways you were able to implement what you learned in real life situations. I’m really excited for you because it really seems like working at a license store is a much healthier way (mentally, emotionally, maybe even physically?) to do Starbucks these days rather than struggle with Corporate. As long as the company that is licensing is solid, of course. I would love to hear how it goes for you. Good luck!

Literally ramble off the store guide like a bible. What feedback has been given to you, what do you do for your community or what have you done. Preeeeacccchhhh about partner care at its core. Literally go into actor mode. Examples of you using the guides and things we have in place to fix a situation internal or external (employee or system error ) how you have improved the store with metrics to back it. Dress nice. Like. Really nice. Man in a tux nice though ,not nightclub nice obviously. Please for the sake of everyone have an example of how you’ve actually helped a partner, given feedback to them as well. Good luck. It’ll probably be 3 different managers or “managers” on the call for training purposes. Then you get to interview with the Dm and possibly RM OR DM of another district
