Bruh. We get this all the time when it's busy. Like yes, you ordered a coffee with steamed cream. So did five people before you, alongside about 15 cold drinks. There's clearly two of us here and one of us is doing triple duty ringing, making food, and wrangling mobile orders.
I tell them to call my manager and hand out their business card. Complain to the person who wrote the schedule. I'd love to work faster, I THRIVE off those "omg so fast so delicious thanks" compliments. I'm not pissing around for fun.

We had a dude do that last week. He didn't get a drink and I put in an incident report. You swear at me, your ass is out the door.

Lmao well i have a similar store but slightly worse. This lady ordered 4 shots of espresso over ice with some cream and a syrup flavor. Anyway her shots were on the machine and pulling and I don't know exactly how long she was standing there for but from the time that she ordered to the time that she complained, I just know that it was less than 10 minutes. I don't know exactly how long but it was for sure LESS THAN 10 minutes. But she goes "umm excuse me why is everybody getting their drink before me?"....i told her " ma'am you got four shots of espresso over ice with syrup and some cream so your shots are pulling on the machine and while that's happening, I certainly am doing other quicker drinks in between and it's really busy" and she goes "i don't care! It shouldn't take that long"
....like other people are getting a drinks before you because they either ordered before you or they mobile ordered or if they ordered after you, they're getting their drinks before you because there's is quicker so I'm making theirs while your shots pull through. I'm not going to just stand there and look at your drink and not do anything else. Idiots I swear
