With the target system, we are not able to scan QR codes. Is there anyway that people can earn stars without money loaded on their app?

if they go to profile on the app, there’s an account ID. it’s 16 digits so it’s kind of a pain to type out everytime but it should work to get them points. the scanner at my store broke at DT once and all day long i had to ask for the account ID, usually people were nice about it

I’m a UK partner so no idea where you’re based or if it’s different. But say the purchase is £4, we reload the starbucks card £4, so the transaction doubles in amount, then take off that £4 on the starbucks card, and they then pay £4 however they please. It’s long winded but works!
