Dating 18 hr pull (self.starbucksbaristas)

We have had a debate in our store. Do we date the 18hr pull for 2 days, or 3? There was an update around a year ago that said date product for 2days after the 18 hr thaw time. We never saw another update, but our resources show 2 days from pull time.?.

Some stores get frozen breakfast sandwiches. Those are 2 days, ham and cheese croissants are 3, and egg bites are 7.

Oh! I had no idea some of them get frozen sammies.
Ours are delivered in the fridge so the 18hr pull is just egg bites and the ham croissant
