Mine closes at 11pm & we only have till 1130pm

Scheduled for 30 minutes, but we're usually done in 10-15. We take pre-closing seriously at my store lmao

mine closes at 9, we are supposed to be out by 9:30, but that never happens. generally out by 10-10:30

we also get half an hour

half an hour and usually I can be out by that time but there are times where I can't and I'm there for either 45 to an hour. then my SM has the audacity to say I need to be out on time while also adding alot to my closing shift 🙃

we get a half hour but most of the times end up staying 2+ hours it’s ridiculous and a reason i want to quit. we close at 9 and are expected out at 9:30 with low staffing and a lot of call outs, my SM wants everything done and we stay usually until 11:30

Mine also gets a half hour, some stores get 45 mins. My store leaves on time if we’re in a good position, and leave notes on what’s missed. My SM and fellow SFMs have each other’s backs, but my SM would get upset if we stayed too late (id end up staying an extra 30 mins cus I didn’t want anyone to shit talk me but now let em)
